Refund Policy

* The items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase and be unopened and unused with the original packaging for a full refund excluding shipping and any gift wrapping cost. Please noted that any shipping costs incurred in returning the product to us will not be refunded. 

Unfortunately, opened or used merchandise can not be returned for a refund or store credit.

* For order with free shipping, if the total is under $79.99 after the return or exchange, a shipping charge of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund.

* A refund can only be processed using the original payment method. If you want to proceed with the return, please email us at info@fiarom.com , and a customer service associate will assist you promptly.

* Any unclaimed, refused or undeliverable packages will incur in return shipping cost based on the original method used.

* Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you have any defective, damaged item or if you received the incorrect order, You have two business days after receiving your order to notify us of any issues with your order.

* All the returns will be subject to evaluation and inspection by the corresponding department. We will notify you about the status of you return via email.

* If you refund is approved, the money will be automatically refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase minus the original shipping cost.
